Parinda Darden
Founder & CEO
Parinda Darden is a software engineer and entrepreneur with over a decade of experience building products across B2B2C, FinTech, D2C, and ClimateTech. As the founder and CEO of PowerPunk, she’s creating a platform that helps communities fund and co-own real-world projects safely and transparently using blockchain technology.
Over the past ten years, Parinda has led product and engineering initiatives that span both consumer and enterprise applications, always focused on how technology can remove friction and expand access. Her work in renewable energy and community development revealed how hard it still is for everyday people to raise capital and share ownership in the projects that matter to them.
PowerPunk was born from that insight—a platform that merges the trust and automation of blockchain with the usability of modern web tools, making collaborative funding as simple as sending a link.
When she’s not coding or refining PowerPunk’s roadmap, Parinda enjoys walking her dogs around New York, reading, cooking, climbing, woodworking, and enjoying the company of family and friends.
